On Monday, January 17, Michael Stone’s second appeal opened in Court 5 at the Royal Courts of Justice. On Wednesday, the Court, presided over by Lord Justice Rose, dismissed the application summarily, returning on Friday morning to explain why.
On January 23, an important document was added to this site; “Damian Daley Phones His Dead Mother” is actually three documents which relate what happened when Daley was arrested after going on a drunken binge. It beggars belief that a man can be convicted of a crime as heinous as the Chillenden Murders on the evidence of a man who has such a loose grip on reality.
