The document below was sent to me by Barry Loveday in September 2011. Loveday is an academic specialising in criminal law; I had some correspondence with him sometime ago in connection with Stone's case.
The paper is in WORD format; it contains a few minor typographical errors, etc, but I decided to leave them and it as they are.
This case might just be as outrageous as that of St Michael; at least Stone has only had two trials.
