The letter below – in Portable Document Format – is the Home Office response to my letter to the Home Secretary of January 29, 2005 re the Belmarsh detainees (linked below), although with typical Home Office efficiency it refers to this letter as dated February 1, 2005.
Although the tone of my letter may sound frivolous, this is a serious matter, and one which five years and more later had still not been properly addressed.
